SAW-01 FISHING IN VENEZUELA.

SAW-11 Billfishing.
The costs Caribbean Venezuelans offer the fisherman an extraordinary scenery for the billfishing. The relative protection conditions make of our waters the home of the heavy weights!!!. Here it is where you will be been able to play to explode a world record. She/he will have one of the best fishing's in the world, along the whole year, with an excellence pick that varies for the different species according to the months of the year. The biggest Blue Marlin (Agujas Azules) 500 lbs.+ is from January to April. For the White Marlin (Agujas Blancas) 60-80 lbs. And the Sailfish (Pez Vela) 45-78 lbs., the best time is from September to December. The months of January, February and March are excellent for the fishing of Yellowfin Tuna (Atún Amarillo) 25-250 lbs. For the Wahoo (Peto) 25-55 lbs. The best months are January, February and March. The months of April and June are magnificent for the fishing of the Dorado (Dorado).

SAW-12 Peacock Bass Fishing.
Paovon Lodge this located to the south of Venezuela in the Bolívar State, beside the Gurí Lake, to few kilometers of the outlets of the Caroní and Paragua Rivers. The lake offers beautiful bays, lagoons and streams where they live and the biggest combative Peacock Bass is plentiful (Pavón). The ferocious PAYARA with their characteristic and enormous canine teeth. The savge and carnivorous MOROCOTOS and AIMARAS; the delicious and varied BAGRES; and an enormous variety of other tropical fish that you/they make of this beautiful area, an ideal world for the sweet fishermen of waters. With an average of 35-40 daily captures, she/he will be able to offer him a pavón among 15-18 lbs., being the most common between 8 and 12 lbs., but the surprise can be taken of fishing a trophy for one of 20 lbs. The season is from November to April. The lodging and services are excellent: VIP.

SAW-13 Bone Fishing.
In a chain of small atolls and islands off the northern coast of Venezuela is known as the Archipelago of Los Roques, full with marine first floor with the ideal conditions for the colonies of Bonefish (Macabí). Being this one of the best places in the world for there fishing. The fishing is good during the whole year, but of June to December is even better. The Asleep ones is a special natural paradise for the fishing of bonefish.

SAW-14 Tarpon & Snook Fishing.
The tarpon has been heralded by fishing writers throughout the world as the King of all game fish. And for good reasons !!!. When the Silver King hits a lure, the water literally erupts. The tarpon rockets out of the water like a Trident missile, leaping time a time again, twisting and turning and combining those aerial acrobatics with long, tackle tearing runs that test the mettle of any sport angler. In Río Boy's Channels and the Tacarigua Lagoon, located to alone two and a half-hours of Caracas, you can have a near encounter with these incredible fighter Tarpon (Sábalo) and Snook (Robalo). Lodging of first in The Olas Resort. The whole year is very good. Although the best time is from February to April.

SAW-15 FISHING Peacock Bass Fishing - Los Roques & Rio Chico
The following are the rates of our three destinations. The fishing package to Los Roques and Rio Chico includes:

** All ground transfers.
** First and last overnight at the Tamanaco Hotel in Caracas.
** Round trip flight to Los Roques or ground transfer to Rio Chico.
** All three meals at the lodge. Meals and drinks at the Tamanaco Hotels
are NOT INCLUDED.
** Open bar of beer and rum at the lodge.
** Fishing license.
** Fee National Park (except Los Roques: US $ 15.00).

SAW-16 FISHING Peacock Bass Fishing-(Lake Gurí)- Peacock Bass
WILDLIFE Paovon Lodge (Lake Gurí)- Peacock Bass.

Includes all the above except the round trip flight to Puerto Ordaz (aprox. $ 85.00) first and last overnight at the Tamanaco Hotel. They can get to the lodge the same day or arrival to avoid the overnight at the Tamanaco Hotel. They also can overnight at the lodge the last nigh avoiding last overnights at the Tamanaco Hotel. The first and last overnights at the lodge are part of the package, do you not have to pay extra if the client get directly to the lodge the same day of arrival. All prices per person.

PAOVON LODGE/DOUBLE OCCUPANCY
(Sharing guide, boat & room)
1.- Single occupancy rates are not included. This does not mean we won't
accept this kind of booking. Each case will be analyzed individually in order
to see if we can provide the service or not.

2.- We are arranging itineraries which include the first overnight at Paovon
Lodge, please consider using flights before 04.00 p.m. to Caracas in order
to make afternoon connections to Puerto Ordaz, thus eliminating the
extra cost for an overnight at the Tamanaco Hotel. Plus, the clients have
the advantage to enjoy meals and drinks at no extra charge.

3.- From now we only take booking of (3) three days minimum.

4.- In the Paovon Lodge we have seven sixteen fiberglass boats equipped with 60 and 65 HP engines, two casting platforms, rod holders, extra Minn Kota electric motors of 42 lbs., long range radios communicated with the lodge and all emergency devices

WILDLIFE Rio Chico - Tarpon & Snooks.

We operate with Las Olas Resort Hotel in Rio Chico. We have six 16 feet aluminum Starcraft boats equipped with 15 HP engines, two casting platforms, rod holders and two swivel chairs each boat. All prices per person.

RIO CHICO/DOUBLE OCCUPANCY/LAS OLAS RESORT

Note: the first half day of fishing could be a full day of fishing if the client decide wake up earlier (05.30 a.m.) instead 08.30 a.m. (usual time) for the direct transfer to Río Chico without additional cost.

SAW-18 FISHING Peacock Bass Bonefish- Los Roques

WILDLIFE Los Roques - Bonefish.

We operate with two lodges in Los Roques: Vistalmar Lodge and Macabí Lodge. We made a contract with Aerotuy (LTA) to have only fisherman in Macabí Lodge during the high season February 1st until July 31st. After July 31 until October we also can use it in exclusive if we can have the place full. Both lodge are excellent. The other option for lodging is an excellent and exclusive yacht with especial VIP services. We have three 26 feet fiberglass boats equipped with two 40 HP engines each boat. All emergency devices and long range radios communicated with our quarter in Gran Roque Island. All prices per person.
